“CRAFT” is a new investment project of Progroup. The land parcel is located 17 km away from downtown Ekaterinburg, and Koltsovo airport is just 16 km away. Along its eastern border, the land parcel adjoins EKAD resulting in high visibility.
According to KnightFrank expert opinion, the land parcel is fit for organization of a logistics park due to its transportation accessibility for both Ural and federal freight traffic flows. Also, in November 2016, a best use study was performed by Colliers International, and a respective report was issued.
Ural Research and Design Institute of the Russian Academy of Architecture and Construction Sciences is in charge of drafting and getting approval of the plot plan. A conceptual landscape design project is prepared by the Innovative Architecture Center.
